Community Grants, Planning & Housing (CGP&H) seeks a full-time Affordable Housing Manager to lead portfolio management for inclusionary housing programs across New Jersey and parts of Eastern Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies to ensure strict compliance and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing or related programs/regulations.
• Experience in community development or municipal planning.
• Policy development and/or implementation.
• Public/private partnerships.
• Compliance, CQI, QA.
• 5+ years of experience.
• NJ affordable housing experience preferred but training provided.
• Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex affordable housing portfolios for municipal clients.
• Serve as regulatory subject matter expert for a portfolio of municipal clients.
• Collaborate with municipalities and internal staff to ensure program goals are met.
