Princeton is seeking an Affordable Housing Manager to support the Municipal Housing Liaison in administering affordable housing programs and compliance with state and local regulations. The role involves assisting residents, coordinating units, and managing related contracts and grants.

You will work with attorneys, Administrative Agents, landlords, and community partners to ensure housing stability services and financial resources reach those in need.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of affordable housing regulations (DCA/COAH, UHAC, Fair Housing)
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, and funding compliance
• Ability to supervise staff and manage program implementation
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; background check required

Responsabilités

• Enforce COAH/UHAC regulations with partners and property managers
• Coordinate resale and rental of affordable units and processes
• Assist residents with housing opportunities and eviction prevention
• Oversee Home Improvement Loan Program administration
• Coordinate CDBG funds and ensure program compliance
• Serve as CDBG Coordinator and municipal liaison to CARES Committee
• Oversee maintenance for municipally owned affordable units
• Attend meetings and represent the municipality on housing matters
