Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Digital Marketing Specialist in Framingham, MA. This hybrid role requires weekly in-person presence and supports strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for Affiliate programs across our .com brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media, eCommerce or performance marketing.
• Experience measuring digital marketing performance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Affiliate expert, providing support on program development, structure, maintenance, and key reporting metrics.
• Monitor Affiliate channel trends and the competitive landscape to identify optimization opportunities and cost per acquisition strategies that drive performance.
• Share insights, best practices and recommendations with internal teams through ongoing knowledge sharing and education.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure programs are executed flawlessly and drive results.
• Establish relationships and collaborate effectively across internal stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborate with In-House buying team on cross-channel strategy and execution.
• Lead the development of the promotional offer and e-blast content schedule and newsletters.
• Develop and maintain recurring performance reporting and dashboards highlighting KPIs, trends, insights, and optimization recommendations.
