Axillon Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis for our aerospace manufacturing business.

The role partners with finance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and program management to deliver insights that drive profitability and growth in a highly regulated environment. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, with candidates located near our Rockmart site or other manufacturing locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency with advanced formulas, pivots, and modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IMB Analytics, Syteline) or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance vs. budgets and forecasts; provide variance analyses.
• Support cost and manufacturing analysis including labor, overhead, and inventory.
• Assist with contract pricing, bid analysis, and proposal reporting.
