The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with ERP experience (SAP/Syteline). A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or manufacturing finance.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Syteline.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual financials and budgets.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, overhead, and inventory performance.
• Support bid/proposal reporting and financial forecasting for programs.
• Generate recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and production leadership to improve reporting and efficiency.
