Altruist is hiring Advisor Support Representatives to operate at the intersection of product, operations, and service. You will diagnose and resolve complex advisor inquiries, collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams, and deliver outstanding customer service to financial advisors and their clients.

The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and resilience, with opportunities to deepen product expertise while providing broad advisor support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support or call center experience.
• 2+ years of broker-dealer operations or clearing firm experience.
• Working knowledge of investing and understanding of what RIAs do for clients.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Deep empathy for customers and strong active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer inquiries across account opening, funding, trading, and reporting.
• Spearhead issue resolution with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build advisor trust and loyalty.
• Develop expertise in Altruist’s product offerings and workflows.
• Grow specialization areas and act as a go-to resource for advisors and partners.
• Translate complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capture data and feedback to inform product roadmap and process improvements.
• Maintain/update response templates and platform FAQs.
