Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising agency or advertising industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM and collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in customer processes and workflows for assigned accounts.
• Execute a coordinated account plan to drive growth and adoption of Mediaocean solutions.
• Maintain regular customer meetings to consult end users and address business needs.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for the Sales team.
• Establish partnerships with customer contacts across media and finance leads.
• Communicate product feedback and risks to the Mediaocean team.
• Prioritize work to meet targets and report actions and outcomes.
• Advocate best practices to enhance customer experience and value of Mediaocean solutions.
• Expand knowledge of Mediaocean products and industry practices.
