The University of Michigan is seeking a proactive Undergraduate Admissions Coordinator in Ann Arbor. This hybrid role supports applicant review, event planning, and recruitment efforts for Ross School of Business under the Office of Undergraduate Programs.

It requires strong customer service, data handling, and collaboration with campus partners. Expect three days on-site, some travel, and occasional outside-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Customer service or quality management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide data analysis, including spreadsheet management and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office or Google Suites.

Responsabilités

• Admissions Recruitment: serve as first contact for Ross Undergraduate Admissions and manage high-volume inquiries; provide information on requirements and status; oversee the admissions email system.
• Admissions Events: support information sessions and campus tours; coordinate check-in, room reservations, and travel logistics for guests.
• Admissions Processing: track and sort application materials; update CRM; assist with transfer and international documentation; schedule FERPA requests and admissions tests.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with website updates; support admission review processes and maintain the Admissions Manual.
