Job summary

Roosevelt University invites applications for the Admission Operations & Events Coordinator. This hybrid role supports campus visit operations and recruitment events across Chicago and Schaumburg, with emphasis on student engagement at the Schaumburg campus and the development of The Hub as a centralized student support space.

The position requires presence on the Chicago campus three days a week and two days per month at Schaumburg, with flexibility for supervision of student ambassadors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in student services, admissions, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily visit requests and communications for the Chicago campus.
• Coordinate visits for groups up to 100 students, booking space and coordinating staff.
• Plan and support recruitment events, including open houses and admitted student days.
• Build event communications and Slate pages; provide on-site event support.
