Job summary

Roosevelt University seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment to build relationships with prospective students and families, aligning goals with CCPA degree programs and leading recruitment for Performing Arts cohorts. Oversees a large applicant pool and acts as operation manager for the CCPA Office of Enrollment.

The role requires travel, occasional evenings/weekends, and a hybrid schedule with three onsite days per week at the Chicago campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in music, theatre, performing arts, arts administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, higher education, recruitment, or performing arts administration.
• Significant knowledge of college admissions processes and programs in Music/Theatre.
• Must be able to travel, drive, and recruit.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with external partners and within Roosevelt University.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and admit prospective students in a designated market.
• Manage a recruitment territory from inquiry to matriculation.
• Participate in recruitment events, visits, and audition days.
• Use CRM and other tools to facilitate application completion and tracking.
