Edgewood University seeks an Adult and Graduate Admissions Counselor to drive recruitment and enrollment of adult and graduate students. The role is hybrid with two days per week on campus.

You will develop high-quality information sessions, organize recruitment events, and connect with prospective students to inform and engage them. The candidate will maintain data integrity, communicate Edgewood University’s value, and meet quantified recruitment goals while collaborating with Enrollment

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a college/university setting is preferred.
• Background in sales or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet changing deadlines.
• Ability to lead staff and students and work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Slate and other data tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement adult and graduate recruitment plans and events.
• Execute recruitment strategies to grow inquiries, applications, and admits.
• Maintain data integrity for student records at all times.
• Communicate the value of Edgewood University education to prospective students.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management Leadership and Marketing; provide feedback on student interactions.
• Work hours to align with prospective student availability, including late evenings as needed.
