Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with adult learners or nontraditional students preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Slate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work occasional flexible hours for recruitment activities or prospective student appointments.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Admissions Counseling – respond to inquiries, conduct outreach, provide program and admissions information.
• Counsel students on options and the application process; guide applicants through enrollment.
• Manage applicant pipeline and monitor progress; resolve barriers to enrollment.
• Enrollment Management and CRM – track interactions in Slate; maintain accurate records.
• Monitor activity and use data to prioritize outreach and improve enrollment outcomes.
• Student Support and Collaboration – collaborate with departments to address questions and facilitate the process; participate in events.
