Job summary

Everspring Inc. in Chicago offers a hybrid Admissions Advisor I role to guide online students through the enrollment process, build relationships, and ensure a high-quality learner experience.

This hourly position reports to the Associate/Director of Admissions and requires in-office presence at least two days per week with strong communication and consultative skills to support prospective students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years in consultative sales, customer service, or recruiting in an online environment.
• Ability to work non-standard shifts for student support coverage.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Passion for education and helping students achieve goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time with multiple priorities.
• Ability to implement feedback from manager through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students via phone, chat, SMS, and/or email.
• Demonstrate program expertise and guide admissions decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with potential students and build trust.
• Explain program differentiators and value of Everspring programs.
• Maintain and update the student database to track progress in the admissions process.
• Guide applicants to meet deadlines and forecast data for admissions management.
• Keep prospective students engaged and informed about responsibilities during the process.
• Collaborate within a team and across cross‑functional departments.
