Job summary

Everspring Inc. is seeking an Admissions Advisor I in Chicago to guide prospective online students through the enrollment process and build strong learner relationships. This hourly role requires in-person and remote collaboration with the admissions team and partner university programs.

You will manage communications across phone, chat, SMS, and email, demonstrate program expertise, and help students determine the right fit while maintaining timely updates to their progress and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years of consultative sales, customer service, or recruiting in an online environment.
• Ability to work non-standard shifts for student support coverage (7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9)
• Effective communication, both oral and written; represents partner on webinars

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students via phone, chat, SMS, and/or email.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise within your assigned program and guide students through the admissions process.
• Cultivate relationships with potential students and build trust.
• Provide exemplary service with timely responses and thorough information to help students decide
