Job summary

Aon is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Actuarial with multiple tracks across Retirement Consulting, Health & Benefits, Risk Consulting, and Reinsurance. The 10-week paid program invites rising seniors to gain hands-on actuarial experience and exposure to client work in a hybrid, nationwide setting.

Interns will rotate through four career paths, work on projections, plan design, data analysis, and client reporting, with mentorship and access to senior leaders and networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Rising college seniors with interest in actuarial path.
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical aptitude.
• Interest in actuarial field and learning through hands-on internships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pension and retirement program projections and analyses.
• Support evaluation of plan design, costs, and scenario analyses.
• Contribute to data management, reporting, and client deliverables across consulting tracks.
• Participate in project work in Retirement Consulting, Health & Benefits, Risk Consulting and Reinsurance.
