Job summary

Aon invites intellectually curious rising college seniors to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in the Actuarial business area. This 10-week paid internship provides exposure to Pension and Retirement, Health and Benefits, Risk, and Reinsurance actuarial tracks across U.S.

offices in a hybrid environment. You will support client work, develop analytical skills in actuarial projections, plan design, data analysis, and learn to use industry tools while receiving mentorship and networking

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with rising senior status.
• Interest in actuarial science and problem solving.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment across U.S. offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist actuarial projects across retirement, health, risk and reinsurance tracks.
• Support data collection, analysis and modeling for client work.
• Learn and apply actuarial software and industry tools under mentorship.
