Job summary

Aon invites intellectually curious rising college seniors to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in our Actuarial business area. The program offers a hybrid environment across the United States, allowing work from the office and remotely.

Four paths are available, including Retirement Consulting, Health & Benefits, Risk Consulting, and Reinsurance, with mentoring and hands-on client exposure, development planning, and meaningful project work throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Rising seniors graduating between December 2027 – June 2028 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Have passed at least one actuarial exam (preferred).
• Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related.
