Aon invites rising college seniors to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in Actuarial. This 10-week, paid internship offers exposure across Retirement Consulting, Health & Benefits, Risk Consulting, and Reinsurance, with hybrid work options and mentoring from global actuarial leaders.

Interns will work on pension valuations, health benefit analysis, data management and client-ready deliverables, gaining practical experience and professional development opportunities within Aon’s inclusive

Qualifications

• Rising college senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Interest in actuarial field and problem solving.
• Willingness to participate in a hybrid internship across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pension valuations and related client analyses.
• Support health and welfare benefit strategy development.
• Engage in data management, loss forecasting and analytic tasks.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and analysis.
