Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an actuarial intern in our Life division to join a team working on product development, financial modeling, risk management, and M&A for insurance clients.

You will assist in pricing and valuation, develop financial projections, and learn under credentialed actuaries while building strong client relationships and developing your analytics and coding skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Summer 2026 internship with Willis Towers Watson
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or other quantitative field with GPA >= 3.0
• Actuarial exams completed preferred
• Strong technical and client service skills with leadership experience
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; programming skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, valuation and development of insurance products
• Develop financial projections of clients’ insurance business
• Follow the firm’s Excellence guidelines
• Seek and participate in learning opportunities toward actuarial credentials
• Build relationships internally and with client representatives
• Document, review and present your own work
• Assist in creating detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress against deadlines and budget
