Job Details

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle, including billing, cash applications, collections, and reconciliations
• Lead and mentor the AR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess AR performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies
• Contribute to month-end close processes and support external audits as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of AR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience improving AR processes and systems
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a healthcare or high-growth environment is a plus
