Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate credit applications by reviewing financial information and credit history.
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue invoices.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare aging reports and other financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and other departments.
