Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage invoice processing, vendor interactions, and month-end activities in a hybrid work environment. You will resolve non-routine transactions, support audits, and ensure costs are accurately recorded in the General Ledger.

You will report to the Accounts Payable Lead and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls and vendor relationships at our Cranberry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of AP, accounting, finance, or shared services experience.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices following company policy and controls.
• Review invoices and supporting docs for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor invoice workflow and resolve processing exceptions.
• Resolve and escalate invoices requiring further research before posting.
• Work with internal departments and suppliers to resolve payment/invoice discrepancies.
• Support audits, reconciliations, AP aging, reporting and special projects.
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Apply and maintain AP policies and internal controls; flag risks.
