Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Cranberry Township, PA site on a hybrid schedule. You will handle invoice processing, reconcile discrepancies, support month-end close, and interact with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate costs are recorded.

• 2+ years of AP, accounting, or finance experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices following policy and internal controls.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor invoice workflow and resolve processing exceptions.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal or external parties.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on AP processes to junior team members.
