Invoicing, data entry, and reporting duties support a fast-paced AP environment in the digital media and publishing industry. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AP, strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and other business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals.
