Yoh Services LLC in Des Moines, IA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a six-month contract with potential hire. The role is hybrid: on-site Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, 40 hours weekly, daytime hours.

Invoicing, data entry, and reporting duties support a fast-paced AP environment in the digital media and publishing industry. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AP, strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and other business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals.

Yoh has an immediate, 6monthcontract, possible hire opportunity, as an Accounts PayableAnalyst within the digital media and publishing industry to join our client, Hybrid, at their office in Des Moines, Iowa.

• $21-23/hr. max hourly rate
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts payable environment.
• This position is Hybrid:
  • 3 days a week, OnSite, Tuesday-Thursday
  • 2 days a week, Remote, Monday & Friday
• 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours.Ability to work OT as necessary, normal hours 7AM-3:45PM some flexibility

What You Will Be Doing

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
• Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals and departments.
• Generate, review, and support AP reporting and data analysis activities as needed.

Who You Are

• HS Diploma or GED required, college preferred
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or related accounting functions
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience reviewing, entering, and reconciling financial information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

Estimated Min Rate: $21.00
