Job summary

SBS CyberSecurity is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Sioux Falls, SD. You will own the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, processing invoices and employee reimbursements, managing prepaid expenses, and maintaining vendor records.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and Finance leadership to scale processes as SBS grows. You should be pursuing or have a degree in Accounting or Business Administration, be proficient in Excel, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting tools.
• Clear communicator with troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements on time.
• Manage prepaid expenses and GL reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor contract database and vendor records.
• Be the go-to contact for vendor questions or discrepancies.
• Propose ideas to scale Purchase-to-Pay as the company grows.
