Responsibilities

• Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements on time.
• Manage prepaid expenses and GL reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor contract database and vendor records.
• Be the go-to contact when a vendor has a question or an invoice doesn't add up.
• Bring ideas for how Purchase-to-Pay can scale as we grow.
