Qualifications

• Experience preparing complex financial reports and resolving accounting issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience with CPA or 4+ years with strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to accounting staff and processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly close and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct research on GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare for external audits and manage internal reporting.
• Assist with nonprofit tax filings.
• Develop analyses and ad-hoc reports.
