Nationwide is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements across the organization. You will help implement updated accounting policies, ensure accurate reporting, and support regulatory and audit processes.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership within a collaborative finance team. The position is hybrid in Columbus, OH, with in-office presence required several days per week.

Competenze

• GAAP knowledge and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing complex financial statements and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Ability to analyze accounting data and apply principles to complex problems.

Mansioni

• Establish and implement new or revised accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze sophisticated financial statements for the company and business units.
• Develop and submit accounting transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports and data for stakeholders.
• Lead the development of new systems and processes within assigned areas.
• Prepare reports for internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies.
