Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments for accounts payable.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and manage trust accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare assessments and reporting for fee programs.
• Provide customer service to vendors, consumers, and internal staff.
• Maintain accounting files and prepare spreadsheets and reports.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning and general clerical tasks
