Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Minimum two years of general accounting or financial recordkeeping experience with month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, asset management, and p‑card administration.
• Six months of demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to reconcile ledgers and generate reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial processing assistance including reconciliations, month-end processing, payroll interface, journal entries, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with budget guidelines and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and financial statement prep.
• Assist with audits and internal controls, and train staff on procedures.
• Develop and maintain accounting procedures and asset tracking.
