Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA designation or progress towards CPA licensure preferred.
• Experience in university or nonprofit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting functions, including bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation.
• Manage monthly and year-end close processes and financial analyses.
• Coordinate audits and respond to auditor requests with supporting workpapers.
• Ensure compliance with ASI, CSU, and State policies and reporting requirements.
• Oversee payroll entries, cash flow planning, and asset management.
• Provide timely financial reports to stakeholders and leadership.
