Job summary

Miller Milling is seeking an Accounting Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to lead a multi-functional accounting operations team, oversee month-end close, and ensure ledger integrity. The role emphasizes technology-enabled process improvement and collaboration with grain origination and operations.

The position requires a four-year degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years of accounting experience, and preferably CPA/CMA certification. Hybrid work is available with in-office days in Eden Prairie.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory duties.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, food, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven record of improving accounting processes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting operations team including AP, AR, and grain procurement accounting.
• Manage month-end close and general ledger processes.
• Drive technology-enabled process improvement and ERP automation.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and tax filings for US entities.
