Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to follow written instructions; good data handling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable by preparing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain and update general ledger entries and assist with account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
