Wellabe is seeking an Accountant 1 to perform general accounting duties including preparing financial records such as balance sheets and income statements. The role supports trend analysis, costs, revenues, and forecasts to predict future finances and assists in close processes and regulatory filings.

Formación

• General knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to apply standard accounting techniques to classify and record transactions.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable processes including invoicing and vendor maintenance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and variance analysis.
• Assist with regulatory filings and tax reporting obligations.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure accuracy of financial records using professional judgment.
