LTI, Inc. is expanding our accounting team and seeks an accountant to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and organizational skills. The role offers a hybrid schedule after training and a base hourly wage of $30 to $35 per hour based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Excel skills including tables, formulas, formatting, filters, and sorting.

Responsabilités

• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and upload journal entries.
• Review and maintain financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve errors and inconsistencies in financial entries and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand operations and proper recognition of accounting data.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual state and federal compliance reporting and tax filings.
• Coordinate with finance, tax, and external auditors as needed.
• Apply complex accounting concepts to relevant business transactions.
