LTI, Inc. is expanding its accounting team and seeks an Accountant with strong communication and organizational skills. The role involves managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a hybrid schedule after training, with a base hourly wage of $30 to $35 based on skills and experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience with Workday, Dayforce and BI analytics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare and upload journal entries.
• Review and maintain financial records and ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve errors in financial entries and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand operational changes affecting accounting data.
• Prepare timely state and federal compliance reporting and tax filings; coordinate with regulators.
• Work with finance, tax, and external auditors to support financial processes.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts to business transactions.
