The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and solid knowledge of GAAP. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable work experience.
• Experience with GAAP financial statements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and oral & written communication skills.
• Be detail oriented while multi-tasking in a fast-paced company.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, working effectively in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce journal entries, banking and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze budget and actual results to report variances.
• Support integration of new acquisitions as needed.
• Compile a monthly reporting package for each property.
• Other accounting responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned
