Integra LifeSciences seeks an Accountant to perform general ledger accounting tasks, especially during month-end close, including monthly journal entries and reconciliations. This hybrid role is based in Princeton, NJ with remote work options and cross-functional collaboration across IT, A/R, A/P, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Consolidations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 1–3 years of experience; CPA/MBA a plus; experience with Oracle ERP or Onestream is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 1–3 years of corporate and/or public accounting experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Onestream systems a plus.
• Detail oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve problems.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile financial data.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Team collaboration in a high performing environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations as assigned.
• Run monthly reports used to reconcile or analyze general ledger balances.
• Assist in the preparation of account analyses for internal and external reporting.
• Analyze and explain fluctuations and trends in balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide supporting documentation and answer audit inquiries.
• Communicate with cross functional teams including IT, Shared Services A/R and A/P, Tax, FP&A, Treasury and Consolidations.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned.
