CFS, located in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. This full-time, hybrid role requires three days in office per week, with typical hours 8:30am–5:00pm and some flexibility. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $82,000 per year.

The Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, support close processes, and assist with reporting and analysis to drive informed business decisions. Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or related environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
