Job summary

CFS in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our finance team. The role blends onsite collaboration with four days per week in the St. Paul office, offering exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, cash management, audits, and process improvements.

This position emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional communication, with a strong focus on internal controls and scalable processes to support a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing/CPG experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• ERP experience; Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle cash management and related reporting.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting including acquisitions and disposals.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting policy compliance.
• Assist with external audits and supporting schedules.
• Participate in ERP/HRIS implementations or upgrades.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis for operations.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
