Job summary

The Shipyard in San Diego is seeking a smart, experienced Account Manager to join our hybrid team. You’ll manage daily client workflows, coordinate projects and budgets, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns and analyses.

This role emphasizes strong client relationships and proactive communication in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with in‑office attendance on select days, and you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to drive client success

Qualifications

• 2-5 years equivalent work experience in an Account Manager or similar role.
• Ability to nurture client and internal agency relationships.
• Track record of driving projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate client projects and budget processes.
• Prepare and present client updates and materials.
• Support account leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and reports.
