Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client satisfaction and cross-functional workflows in Alpharetta, GA. This role balances project coordination, inventory management, and service-level delivery to ensure timely results.

You'll collaborate with Account Managers, internal teams, and vendors, maintaining momentum, updating documentation, and supporting onboarding and training to drive efficiency and client success.

Formación

• 3–5 years in project coordination, client services, or similar roles
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Multi-family industry experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory across multiple product lines and report replenishment.
• Assist in project management for campaigns and custom client initiatives.
• Prepare notes and documentation for client calls and departmental meetings.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Uphold SOPs and update processes for efficiency and accuracy.
