Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in banking or merchant services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily and / or generate a minimum of 30 approved deals per month.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
• Provide additional information to prospective clients as needed.
• Conduct rate analyses when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners.
• Support the in-house sales team as needed.
• Prepare materials for mailing campaigns.
• Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and events as needed.
• Promote value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and Telecheck.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
