ERM, a leading sustainability consultancy in the United States, seeks an Account Executive to be the primary day-to-day liaison between ERM MCA and its clients. You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and drive projects from initiation through completion while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client objectives.

The role requires proactive client focus, strong communication, and a North Star mentality toward client success.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary day-to-day liaison for client communications and expectations.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Keeps clients informed of project status via reports, timelines, meetings, and written/verbal updates.
• Documents client briefings, feedback and approvals for internal teams.
• Understands client objectives and communicates industry and sustainability developments to the team.
• Supports account growth by identifying opportunities and client needs.
