The role serves as the liaison between internal technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and nationwide clients, handling client communication, problem-solving, and basic account management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of administrative experience preferred, but equivalent combinations considered.
• Strong problem-solving and good judgement are required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in databases and management systems.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
