Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may be required for some programs.
• Experience budgeting and developing financial plans is preferred.
• Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage research programs by conducting research activities and outreach to stakeholders, allocating resources, and recommending improvements.
• Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for new research.
• Source, collect and analyze data, create reports, review trends, and evaluate solutions.
• Teach and/or assist in teaching and administration of courses; develop curriculum and feedback surveys.
• Write and edit complex content for proposals, grants, and publications.
• Contribute to strategic program planning and funding sustainability.
• Advise students and/or mentor clients as needed.
• Develop outreach strategy related to program communications, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Coach and mentor program staff.
