Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Sr. HR & Operations Administrator to support a broad HR function within Stanford Engineering. You will partner with Sr. HR Business Partners, interpret policies, and improve processes using data, Smartsheet, and HRMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with GoogleDrive and Smartsheet or similar workflow tools.
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms and data analysis/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Process compensation and benefits transactions in compliance with university policies.
• Explain disability/leave and workers’ compensation procedures to staff and managers.
• Support data entry and reporting using the HRIS and analytics tools.
• Assist in performance management communications and processes.
• Support talent acquisition activities, onboarding and exit processes.
• Handle high-volume HR transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidential HR files and support policy compliance.
