Qualifications

• Masters degree with 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in a related field.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• Experience with advising students about degree plans and academic progress is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, student-centered academic advising in a hybrid environment (in person and via Zoom).
• Track academic progress and verify degree profiles; record each student contact in EAB Navigate 360.
• Support freshman and transfer orientation, MAC planning, and exchange student coordination.
• Lead Moody Academic Communities (MACs) by fostering community, scheduling weekly lessons, and coordinating guest speakers.
• Participate in Moody College signature events and committees as appropriate.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
