Job summary

PG&E in California seeks a Senior 3D CAD Records & Data Analyst to bridge Records, Engineering, and program leadership. You will manage end-to-end records lifecycle for engineering deliverables, oversee 3D model check-in/check-out, version control, and data integrity across systems.

Hybrid role with about 10% travel to San Ramon/Pleasanton; you will enhance Power BI dashboards, coordinate SAP tasks for drawing custody and work orders, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve data

Qualifications

• Experience with records management and data integration in engineering contexts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support UAT.
• Familiarity with check-in/check-out processes for 3D models and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional IT/user support and escalate as needed.
• Analyze and document low-complexity business processes and information needs.
• Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and quality reviews of test results.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and project data reporting.
• Manage check-in/check-out of 3D models and project deliverables to improve workflow.
